Shipping policy

Products may vary between batches due to different versions and improvements; therefore, images on the website may not necessarily reflect the actual product.

Goods are delivered by GLS. We ship the package to the address provided during registration or checkout, unless otherwise specified in the order notes.

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and depend on the cart's contents and the destination country. If a product is shipped more than 10 working days after the order is placed, we will notify you via email in advance. If a shipped package is not collected, it is returned to the sender. Additional shipping charges apply for re-sending the package.

A surcharge of €0.90 applies to cash-on-delivery payments.

Delivery is available to countries selectable from the list when entering the address. The company undertakes to pack the ordered products appropriately and ship them as soon as possible. The company is not liable for delivery delays caused by issues within the delivery service's processes.
